At the heart of the Parc de Courances, the Vivier du Bien-être is a space dedicated to care and health. Located opposite the Japanese Garden, the building houses a naturopathy and osteopathy consultation area, a massage area and an infrared sauna cabin. Yoga and meditation classes are also offered.

A field of honor was inaugurated in 2016, with the support of the French Polo Federation, making Courances an ideal place for practices and internships.
