Noufou Sissao and Moussa Ouattara has been sculptors and art casters for 20 years. They established their foundry in Dourdan a couple of years ago.

Description

The ArtCulture foundry is a lost wax art foundry. The art casters' savoir-faire is based upon both ancestral and modern techniques. On demand, they make works in bronze using lost wax techniques, also using chiselling and patina. For this, they create elastomer molds, which will be filled with wax before coming to cast the molten bronze. They also offer enlargements and restoration of works for artists.
Sculptor artists themselves, they teach lost wax technics for beginners and professionals, display their works, and manage artists fairs. The foundry is open to the public twice a year : during the Hélium Journey in the Chevreuse Valley (october) and during the European Artistic Crafts Days (april).
